How to use JEE PYQs for revision

  1. 1. Simulate JEE Main timing — 3 hours for 90 questions; track time per subject block (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics).
  2. 2. Log errors by chapter — tag mistakes as concept, calculation, or time-pressure to guide revision.
  3. 3. Relearn from source material — return to NCERT and standard problems for every wrong answer, not just the solution key.
  4. 4. Re-attempt flagged questions — spaced repetition on weak topics after 7–10 days improves retention.

JEE Main PYQ FAQs

Solve at least the last 7–10 years of JEE Main papers under timed conditions. With two sessions per year since 2021, pick one full paper per session or focus on your weaker shift pattern. One paper with thorough error analysis beats rushing through many.
